Francis en Mildred are from Brasilië. Francis entered his full-time call to ministry in 1987 and was joined by his wife Mildred when they were married in 1993. They have been teaching, preaching, prophesying, ministering in churches for the receiving of the gifts of the Spirit, and seeing individuals activated in their ministries, firmly established in the Kingdom of God.
They have participated in training schools, seminars and conferences both in the Church and among business professionals, promoting spiritual awakening and revival.
